According to census, only 5% of households in the country have a monthly income of RM10,000 or more. There are about 4 - 5 millions households in the country, so we are talking of just 200,000 to 250,000 households with income of more than RM10,000 a month.
Judging from the number of super condos and gated community launches, I would definitely think that a substantial number of the aforementioned lucky households must be in Penang! Don't you think so?

ooh.. risk is about expecting wat will be the worst case scenario and ask ourselves will we able to take it if that happens, if it's too much for us to swallow, dont take the risk. wait for the next train to come. that's wat i learnt from those ppl in risk management of investment bank. hehe ..
